AccessPropane Inc makes no express or implied warranties regarding the installation, long-term performance, or third-party maintenance of any tank after delivery.
Failure to follow safety regulations or professional installation requirements may result in property damage, personal injury, or voiding of product warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessPropane Inc, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Equipment failure
Business interruption
Replacement costs
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
AccessPropane Inc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed through our website if inaccurate pricing, limited stock, or suspected misuse is identified.
If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
