Delivery Confirmation:
Freight carriers require a recipient to be present at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the shipment. The carrier will contact you in advance (via the phone number provided at checkout) to schedule a delivery window.

Write “DAMAGED” on the BOL

Signing the BOL without noting visible damage confirms acceptance of the item in good condition and limits our ability to process a freight claim.
